Kennedy Executive Benelux is seeking a Compliance Lead Belgium to steer the local team within the broader Benelux framework. You will partner with the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer Benelux to translate Group requirements into day-to-day practice, manage non-financial risk and shape Belgium’s compliance agenda with autonomy.

The role offers exposure to international governance, AI-enabled tooling, and a culture of continuous improvement through collaboration and leadership.

Qualifications

• Seasoned compliance professional with leadership and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience in regulated industries; insurance preferred.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.

Responsabilités

• Lead Belgian Compliance team and contribute to the Benelux model.
• Advise senior management on regulatory developments and strategic implications.
• Develop, implement and maintain local compliance policies and procedures.
• Oversee compliance risk assessments and mitigation planning.
• Drive AI-enabled compliance tools deployment and continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop the Belgian team to high performance.
