Vivid Money is establishing a Belgium branch and seeks a Branch Manager to build and grow the local operation. You will own commercial success, stand as the legal representative to authorities, and collaborate with Luxembourg and Group teams on registrations and go-to-market.

The role requires genuine local presence in Belgium, leadership of the first local team, and accountability for AML/CFT processes, regulatory engagement, and growth initiatives across SME and private propositions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in financial services or fintech with a commercial track record
• Experience building a business from standing start
• Willingness to take regulatory accountability
• Residency in Belgium or willing to relocate; regular travel to Luxembourg and Berlin
• Degree or professional qualification in business, finance, law, compliance or related field
• Fluent in Dutch or French, plus English (written and spoken)

Responsabilités

• Own the commercial plan for Belgium: build it and deliver against acquisition, market share and revenue targets
• Lead negotiations for strategic partnerships and distribution in Belgium
• Build and own relationships with partners, intermediaries, industry bodies and press
• Represent Vivid in Belgium at events and with media
• Build the local team: define roles, hire, onboard and lead
• Oversee branch passport notification, registrations, and local operating arrangements
• Ensure regulatory compliance, AML/CFT controls and reporting for the branch
