Job summary

VIA Antwerp is seeking a Flexi Night Receptionist to welcome guests and manage late-night arrivals in a contemporary hotel. You will support night operations, handle check-ins/outs, and ensure a safe, smooth guest experience through the night.

The role suits someone independent, with strong English communication and a positive, proactive attitude. Dutch or additional languages are a plus, and experience with hotel systems is beneficial. Flexibility is key.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Confident, professional English communication.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a start-up hotel environment.
• Able to work independently and remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests during late-night arrivals, check-ins and check-outs with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Assist night audit tasks, administrative duties and handovers for day team.
• Monitor safety, follow security procedures and report incidents.
• Answer phone calls, emails and guest questions overnight.
• Contribute to VIA experience with warm, distinctive hospitality.
• Prepare reception and admin tasks for smooth morning start.
