Job summary

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ghent is seeking a Flexijob Night Receptionist to warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, monitor access, and support front desk operations during night hours. This role is ideal for someone with a primary job looking for extra income in a tax-friendly, flexible arrangement.

You must be fluent in Dutch and English, comfortable with computers, and able to work independently.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Able to work independently yet coordinate with colleagues.
• Willingness to work night and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable with computers and learning new systems.
• Flexijob eligibility as a main requirement.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests during night hours and handle check-ins/check-outs.
• Perform rounds to ensure safety and maintain quiet in the hotel.
• Monitor access to the premises and supervise visitor flow.
• Operate the bar for late-night orders and assist with lobby duties.
• Answer calls and emails, resolve questions, compile simple daily reports.
