Voi is seeking a hands-on Fleet Specialist Team Lead in Belgium to divide time between repair tasks and people leadership. You will guide a team of Fleet Specialists, hire and train, and drive performance improvements while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Based in Brussels, you will collaborate with site managers to optimize schedules, oversee repairs of scooters, and foster a culture of ownership and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leader with a proactive mindset.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Experience repairing scooters.
• Previous leadership experience and skills in promoting and nurturing team collaboration.
• Basic knowledge and ability to use digital tools such as MS Office and G-suite.

Responsabilités

• Divide time between repair tasks (80%) and managerial tasks (20%).
• Hire, train and follow up on performance of Fleet Specialists.
• Oversee team activities to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with site managers to optimize work schedules and shift planning.
• Foster talent development and a culture of ownership and proactive problem solving.
