Job summary

BDO Belgium is seeking a driven consultant to support Financial Institutions in their transformation journeys across Belgium. You will analyze processes, facilitate workshops, and coordinate multi-team efforts to deliver pragmatic solutions.

The role emphasizes client engagement, a strong educational background in finance, and languages (Dutch, French, English). The position offers flexible hours and options to work from home or the nearest office in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
• Excellent Dutch and French, and very good English.
• Proactive and able to mobilize people around you.
• You seek meaningful missions in financial services across Flanders, Brussels and Wallonia; based in Zaventem.
• Ability to explain improvements to clients clearly and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities for financial institutions.
• Facilitate workshops with industry experts to gather requirements and define assumptions.
• Coordinate activities across teams and support change management initiatives.
• Contribute to transformation journeys in daily banking, lending, and insurance domains.
