Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Digital Finance & Transformation initiatives for industries in Belgium. You will oversee finance transformation programs, operating model design, FP&A optimization, and CPM/EPM implementations leveraging AI-enabled tools.

The role emphasizes leadership, client delivery, and building the practice with strong governance. You will work with multinational clients, guide end‑to‑end implementations, mentor junior staff, and

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• 5–6 years’ experience in consulting or industry.
• Interest in AI, Quantum Computing and Cloud technologies.
• Strong IT process understanding, digital risk management, and governance.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise implementation projects on leading finance platforms.
• Champion platforms through full project cycle: requirements, design, development, testing, training, implementation, support.
• Support pre-sales: scoping, proposals, SOW contracts.
• Migration support from on‑prem to cloud-based consolidation systems.
• Develop people and foster practice growth; recruit, onboard and mentor staff.
• Provide technical guidance and training to EY and client staff.
