Recruitment Solutions SRL in Belgium is seeking an Account Manager to develop business for a leading finance company. You will identify opportunities, expand the client portfolio and deliver value-added proposals aligned with client needs.

You will lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, build long-term relationships through meetings and travel, and implement account strategies with effective negotiation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sales, finance, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years in sales, banking or leasing
• Fluent in French or Dutch; English an asset

Responsabilités

• Identify new business opportunities and expand client portfolio through prospecting
• Build long-term client relationships via meetings and travel, delivering value-added proposals
• Define and implement account strategies, negotiate approvals and tailor financial solutions
• Lead the sales process from start to finish, manage time and meet performance goals
• Prepare sales forecasts and participate in business reviews
