Job summary

emagine is seeking a Buyer Field Services to manage a diverse portfolio supporting the high-voltage grid. You will lead sourcing, negotiate complex tenders, and guide contracts from inception to completion.

The role requires 5+ years in procurement, a Master’s degree, and fluency in Dutch/French with strong English. Brussels-based, full-time with two days on-site, you will partner with internal teams and suppliers to maximize value.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years in procurement or contract management.
• Proven negotiation skills with experience leading complex tenders and contracts.
• Fluent Dutch and French, proficient English; strong stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in technical services, construction, or industrial environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute structured category and sourcing strategies for Field Services.
• Act as a trusted commercial partner to internal stakeholders; challenge requirements.
• Build long-term supplier relationships and ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
• Lead market analyses, tenders, negotiations, and manage contracts throughout their lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate commercial, contractual, operational, and supplier risks.
• Ensure contract implementation and tracking in ERP and contract tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across technical, legal, and financial areas.
• Achieve optimal balance of service, safety, quality, risk and cost to maximize value.
