Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement, commercial or contract management experience.
• Experience in technical services, infrastructure, or industrial environments preferred.
• Proven negotiation skills and leading complex tenders/negotiations.
• Strong ability to translate data into decisive recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category and sourcing strategies for field services.
• Act as a trusted partner to shape sourcing approaches for value creation.
• Lead market analyses and manage tendering processes and negotiations.
• Manage risks across contract and supplier lifecycle.
• Ensure procurement contracts are correctly implemented in the ERP system.
• Lead cross-functional teams across technical, legal and financial stakeholders.
