Elia Group is seeking a Strategic Buyer for Works to manage procurement for high voltage grid projects in Belgium. You will lead tender analyses, publication, negotiations and contract awards, working with internal teams and with the Berlin-based counterpart.

The role requires a Master’s degree, strong Dutch and French plus good English, and the ability to work autonomously in a cross-functional team. Brussels-based with part-homeworking, offering a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical or commercial field is required.
• Experience in procurement is advantageous.
• Strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the complete procurement process from market publication to tender evaluation and award.
• Lead tendering procedures and define procurement strategies based on market knowledge.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and experts to align project needs with the market.
