Job summary

We ARE Renewables is seeking an Experienced Buyer – Field Services to lead sourcing strategies, run complex tenders, and manage strategic suppliers within technical environments.

You will drive contract lifecycle management, mitigate risks, coordinate cross-functional teams across legal, financial and operations, and balance cost, quality, safety and service to optimise value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant procurement, commercial or contract management experience.
• Background in technical services, construction, infrastructure or industrial environments preferred.
• Fluent in Dutch and French, with professional English.
• Strong negotiation and tender management experience.
• Strong commercial and analytical judgement.
• Experience with supplier performance and contract management.
• Able to work independently and lead complex procurement projects.
• Strong stakeholder communication and relationship-building skills.

The role combines strategic procurement, stakeholder management, risk mitigation and supplier performance to optimise cost, quality, safety and operational value.
