• Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch are strong assets.

Job Description

• Primarily focused on indirect procurement, with strong exposure to operational and industrial activities.
• Responsible for Transportation & Logistics categories, representing the largest spend area within the portfolio.
• Oversees procurement of Maintenance, Engineering Services, and MRO to support operational continuity.
• Manages suppliers across technical, industrial, and logistics sectors.
• Collaborates with Category Managers on strategic and global sourcing categories.
• Manages an annual spend of approximately €50M.
• Manage and develop strategic supplier relationships, ensuring optimal performance, compliance, and long-term value creation.
• Lead end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, tendering, contract negotiation, and supplier selection.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service excellence and operational continuity.
• Collaborate closely with operations, logistics, finance, legal, compliance, and other key stakeholders to align procurement activities with business needs.
• Monitor procurement KPIs, provide performance reporting, and contribute to continuous improvement and best-practice initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years if experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supplier management within an international, industrial, logistics, or energy-related environment.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and operate effectively within a matrix organization.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French and/or Dutch is considered a strong asset.
