Job summary

Qualifications

Our client, a key player in the energy infrastructure sector, is seeking a Buyer Field Services to manage a diverse portfolio of service categories. This role serves as a strategic link between internal stakeholders and suppliers, focusing on sourcing and contract lifecycle management to support the reliability of the high-voltage grid.

• Develop and execute innovative category and sourcing strategies for field services in line with procurement policies and business objectives.
• Act as a trusted commercial partner to internal stakeholders by shaping sourcing approaches and creating value from the earliest stages.
• Conduct market analyses and lead complex tendering processes and commercial negotiations.
• Manage commercial, contractual, and operational risks throughout the contract and supplier lifecycle.
• Ensure accurate implementation and follow-up of procurement contracts within the ERP system and related tools.
• Lead cross-functional teams to coordinate decision-making across technical, legal, and financial stakeholders.

• Master's degree.
• You have 5+ years of relevant experience in procurement, commercial management, or contract management, preferably in technical services, infrastructure, or industrial environments.
• You bring proven negotiation skills and experience leading complex tenders and contract negotiations.
• You possess strong analytical judgment and the ability to translate complex data into decisive recommendations.
• You are a structured communicator capable of building credibility with internal customers and senior stakeholders.
• You are fluent in Dutch and French with a professional command of English.

Nice to Haves
