Hellmann Worldwide Logistics SE & Co. KG is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive commercial growth across the Benelux region.

You will actively pursue new leads, manage and expand your customer portfolio, and build a strong pipeline for Air/Sea/Road products. This role is primarily on the road, visiting offices in Antwerp, Vilvoorde, Rotterdam, Maastricht and Aalsmeer, with a competitive salary and benefits package including a 13th month, holiday pay, and a company car with a fuel card,

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in global forwarding or logistics sales is preferred.
• Initial commercial experience providing a foundation for growth in sales.
• Proactive, results-driven mindset and willingness to travel widely.
• Valid Category B driver’s license and readiness to be on the road.
• Outside sales role with regular visits to Antwerp, Vilvoorde, Rotterdam, Maastricht and Aalsmeer.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; professional French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth across the Benelux region and build a robust sales plan.
• Actively manage and expand the customer portfolio with a strong pipeline across Air/Sea/Road.
• Execute sales strategy in line with global processes and CRM usage.
• Identify market opportunities and develop long-term customer relationships focusing on upselling and cross-selling.
• Represent Hellmann in the market to strengthen brand visibility and network.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and account development.
