Job summary

Brady Europe, Middle-East & Africa is seeking a technical field safety expert to serve as a customer-facing representative on client sites across EMEA. You will lead on-site LOTO investigations, capture machinery energy data, and draft procedures in LINK360, ensuring safety compliance and alignment with customer needs.

The role requires a bachelor’s in electro-mechanical or industrial safety, 5–8 years of experience, fluency in English, Dutch, and French, and willingness to travel over 50%

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electro-mechanical/electrical engineering or industrial safety rules.
• 5–8 years of practical experience in industrial maintenance, automation, machinery safety, and LOTO.
• Experience working independently on projects and ISO standards knowledge.
• Arc-flash experience is a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

• On-Site LoTo Discovery: walk through customer plants to assess layouts, review machine safety, and agree on equipment in scope.
• Machinery Data Capture: trace, photograph, and document all energy sources on equipment.
• LINK360 Authoring & Approval: draft visual procedures in LINK360, incorporate customer feedback, secure approval.
• Physical Tagging & Installation: print, mount, and install placards and labels at machine points.
• Client Audits & Training: manage safety projects and deliver training on safe isolation practices and software usage, audit LOTO compliance.
• Safety Solutions & commercial awareness: proactively recommend Brady safety hardware and related products.
