Job summary

KONE is seeking a Safety Specialist / Prevention Advisor BeLux in Brussels with a strong field presence and hands-on mindset. You will be the trusted advisor on safety, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement across Belgium and Luxembourg.

The role involves visiting branches and sites, engaging with technicians and managers, and turning safety principles into daily practices. You will drive risk analyses, audits, audits follow-up and safety campaigns.

Qualifications

Prevention Advisor level 1 certification or willingness to obtain it.
Bachelor's degree in safety, engineering, or equivalent.
Experience in safety, prevention, operations or field service.

Responsibilities

Act as Prevention Advisor for Belgium and Luxembourg and ensure legal safety requirements.
Provide practical safety guidance to managers, supervisors and employees.
Conduct risk analyses, safety visits and observations with concrete follow-up.
Support investigations of accidents and near misses and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate safety audits and assist audits for CPBW/CPPT and others.
Collaborate with field teams, supervisors and external stakeholders on safety improvements.
Monitor implementation of safety processes and respond to legal changes.
