HumanInTech seeks a skilled engineer to coordinate and optimise complex technical processes and projects in the Antwerp region. You will provide expert advice, develop safety guidelines and drive improvements across multi-disciplinary teams.

The role requires planning and managing technical projects, strong risk analysis skills, and native Dutch proficiency. Freelance or employee contracts are available, with on-site work in Belgium.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in planning and managing technical projects including budget control.
• Experience in risk analyses and solving technical problems.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in Dutch.
• Experience from this year in a similar role.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate, organise and optimise technical processes and projects.
• Provide specialist advice and develop safety guidelines to improve operational efficiency and ensure safety.
• Identify optimisation opportunities with stakeholders to map and initiate improvements.
• Monitor, adjust and optimise process installations.
• Prepare technical and operational documents and analyses for projects.
• Develop technical solutions and specifications to meet improvement needs.
• Lead and report on projects to meet deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules and contracts in line with PMO procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety and procurement regulations within projects.
