Search X Recruitment is seeking a Field Engineer to oversee technical performance for a network of locations across the southeast of Belgium and Luxembourg. You will coordinate maintenance, manage budgets and drive safe, reliable operations through external contractors and internal teams.

You will bring a background in mechanical, electrical or electromechanical engineering, with experience in maintenance budgets, project coordination and multi-site environments.

Qualifications

• Background in mechanical, electrical or electromechanical engineering, or equivalent technical expertise.
• Experience in maintenance budgets, contractors, project management is highly relevant.
• Strong communication skills are essential for collaboration with suppliers, operators and internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate maintenance across multiple locations and projects.
• Oversee technical investments and operational improvements.
• Ensure safety, compliance and timely completion of repairs and upgrades.
• Monitor costs and budgets, and prepare for inspections and environmental projects.
