NH Collection Gent is seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bar, breakfast service, meetings, events, and banqueting. You will lead by example and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a hotel renowned for quality.

Collaborating with the F&B Manager and other departments, you will ensure seamless service, maintain standards, manage scheduling, training, and development, and uphold Minor Hotels values across Belgium.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory Food & Beverage role within a hotel, restaurant, conference or banqueting environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent guest service and communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Supervising the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, breakfast, meetings, events and banqueting services.
• Leading, coaching, and motivating the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensuring Minor Hotels service standards are consistently achieved.
• Monitoring guest satisfaction and handling feedback professionally.
• Supporting team scheduling, training and development.
• Coordinating with Kitchen, Front Office and Events teams for a seamless guest journey.
• Supporting stock control and operational efficiency.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Assisting the F&B Manager in achieving operational and financial objectives.
• Taking responsibility for the department in the absence of the F&B Manager.
