NH Collection Brussels Centre is offering an Internship in Food & Beverage Management. You will support daily F&B operations, coordinate outlets, and assist the management team in delivering exceptional service.

The role provides hands‑on experience in luxury hospitality, leadership development, and exposure to budgeting, inventory, and guest relations within a landmark hotel in Brussels.

Qualifications

• Available for at least 3 months.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• You are guest-oriented and collegial.
• You have good communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist in coordination and supervision of bar/restaurant, banquet, and room service operations.
• Support management in ensuring efficient communication between Food & Beverage departments.
• Help maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction across outlets.
• Assist in coaching and supporting team members in daily activities.
• Participate in planning, organization, and administration of F&B operations.
• Contribute to inventory management, ordering, and stock control.
• Support cost control and budget monitoring activities.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and with service orientation.
