Motel One Group in Belgium is seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator to support the well-being of guests and staff. You will help coordinate the Housekeeping department and uphold Motel One’s cleanliness standards.

Ideal candidates have hotel industry training or experience, leadership potential, and strong French and English communication. You will work in a team across departments in a multicultural environment.

Job Description

Your Focus: The well-being of guests and employees. You will assist with the coordination and management of the Housekeeping department.

In addition, you will be responsible for:

• Sharing responsibility for ordering and deliveries within the Housekeeping department
• Collaborating with internal and external cleaning staff
• Ensuring and implementing Motel One’s housekeeping standards, as well as being responsible for cleanliness in all areas
• Sharing responsibility for conducting internal coaching sessions, cross-training, and onboarding new housekeeping employees
• Gaining cross-departmental insights into new areas of work through collaboration in our multicultural teams
