Qualifications

• 8+ years in program management or technical leadership in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• 8+ years backend development with .NET (C#), REST APIs, and microservices.
• Frontend expertise including Angular, HTML, CSS, and micro-frontend architectures.
• Advanced knowledge of event-driven designs and integration protocols such as gRPC.
• Extensive experience with GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes.
• Proficient in modeling software and processes using UML and BPMN.
• In-depth understanding of OpenID Connect and O365 authentication mechanisms.
• Expertise in Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Fluent in English, French, and Dutch.

Responsibilities

The role involves overseeing the modernization of legacy Windows applications into responsive web solutions while coordinating cross-functional squads and diverse stakeholders.
