Rhox is seeking a programme manager to lead application modernisation across multiple projects. You will combine team leadership with technical oversight of Windows apps, .NET microservices and Angular microfrontends.

You will coordinate project managers, stakeholders, and plans; guide architecture and deployment decisions; supervise backend and frontend work; and support users transitioning from desktop to web.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
• Several years of software development experience including leadership roles.
• Experience managing complex programmes involving multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Agile and Scrum delivery, including planning, daily meetings, reviews and retrospectives.
• Leadership across mixed technical teams, clear communication and adaptable priorities.

• Lead teams maintaining Windows applications and building responsive web replacements.

• Guide architecture, infrastructure, networks, systems and deployment decisions.

• Support users through the transition from desktop to web applications.

What you bring

• A bachelor's degree in computer science.
• Several years in software development, including technical roles, and experience managing similar programmes.
• Experience managing complex programmes involving multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Agile and Scrum delivery, including planning, daily meetings, reviews and retrospectives.
• Leadership across mixed technical teams, clear communication and adaptable priorities.
• .NET (C#), Angular, HTML, CSS, microservices, microfrontends and event-driven architecture.
• REST APIs or gRPC, PostgreSQL, UML and BPMN.
• Unit testing and integration testing.
• Cybersecurity expertise and security by design.
• OpenID Connect and O365 authentication for backend and frontend applications.
• Git, branching, pull requests, code reviews and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Kubernetes, Linux and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Monitoring with Grafana or Prometheus.
• English (B2).
• Dutch or French (B2).

Nice to have

• Delphi and Windows application development.
• Knowledge of cryptography.
• At least passive understanding of the other language (Dutch or French).
