Job summary

Pauwels Consulting is seeking an experienced technical leader to drive the development of a scalable cloud-based platform in Brussels. You will oversee code quality, enforce architectural standards, and mentor engineers while implementing advanced AI-native workflows.

The role requires 8+ years of .NET/C# backend experience, strong Azure knowledge, and 5+ years in DevOps with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD. Fluency in Dutch, French and English is expected.

• You have 5+ years of experience with DevOps practices involving Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD.
• You possess knowledge of frontend development using Angular.
• You bring practical experience with AI-assisted tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.
• You have the ability to solve complex problems and remain focused under pressure.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Marten for event sourcing and document-oriented data management.
