Qualifications

• 8+ years in program management or technical leadership in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• 8+ years backend development with .NET (C#), REST APIs, and microservices.
• Frontend expertise including Angular, HTML, CSS, and micro-frontend architectures.
• Advanced knowledge of event-driven designs and integration protocols such as gRPC.
• Extensive experience with GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes.
• Proficient in modeling software and processes using UML and BPMN.
• In-depth understanding of OpenID Connect and O365 authentication mechanisms.
• Expertise in Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Fluent in English, French, and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Direct technical teams and project managers to ensure planning, priority, and reporting.
• Serve as the primary technical authority for architecture, infrastructure, and CI/CD strategies.
• Oversee maintenance and stabilization of legacy Windows applications while ensuring modern compatibility.
• Manage the implementation of new web-based solutions using backend, frontend, and automated testing frameworks.
• Coordinate DevOps initiatives, focusing on deployment pipelines and infrastructure automation.
• Align mixed technical profiles around common objectives through leadership and stakeholder management.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
