Job summary

BYD Europe BeLux is seeking a Spare Parts Specialist to own the end-to-end order-to-invoice cycle for the Brussels BeLux region. You will serve as the main contact for dealers on part orders, claims, and product matching, collaborating with Customer Care, Parts, Logistics and Planning across Europe and China.

The role requires 5+ years in parts or related operations, a bachelor's degree, and fluency in Dutch, French and English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in parts, accessories, product management or a similar operational role.
• Experience within an importer, OEM, automotive or e-mobility environment is highly valued.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Studies, Business or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work across different cultures and markets.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for learning, problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English, both written and spoken.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver’s license.

As Spare Parts Specialist, you own the entire order-to-invoice process end to end and become the person dealers turn to when they need answers, fast. You sit at the crossroads of Customer Care, Parts, Logistics and Planning, working with teams across Europe and China to keep the whole operation running smoothly.
