Mantis Robotics in Leuven, Belgium, is seeking a highly motivated Robotics Sales Manager to drive our European sales efforts and introduce groundbreaking technology to the market. You will identify and engage customers and system integrators, present the unique value of our fenceless robotics solutions on-site and remotely, and manage the full sales cycle from proposal to installation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven sales or channel sales management experience in robotics, automation or related tech.
• Established network within robotics distribution, system integration, and/or fulfillment operations in Europe.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred.
• Strong self-motivation, problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to communicate with a range of clients, from technically expert to automation newcomers.

Responsabilités

• Identify and engage potential customers and system integrators to build a robust pipeline of opportunities in Europe.
• Present the unique value and benefits of our robotic solutions on-site and remotely.
• Collaborate with internal application engineering teams and external system integrators to deliver turnkey solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from proposal and quote to purchase order, delivery, installation, and training.
• Proactively engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
• Develop and deliver insightful sales reports by gathering data and translating findings into strategies.
