Yamabiko Europe, based in Wavre, Belgium, seeks a Regional Sales Manager for Italy & EMEA to lead distributor contracts across Europe and drive growth in robotic mowing solutions. The role involves coordinating sales objectives, marketing activities, and distributor training.

You will travel extensively across Europe and report to the Robotics Sales & Marketing Team at YE’s HQ in Belgium. Fluency in English, French and Italian is required.

Qualifications

• European Master's Degree in Economy, Marketing, Business, Mechanics or IT.
• At least 5 years of intensive experience in a Sales Executive, Supervision or Management role.
• Proven distribution experience of durable products through one- and two-tier structures.

Responsabilités

• Manage distributorship contracts with distributors in Italy and across Europe, including sales objectives and marketing activities.
• Lead marketing and sales training of distributors’ staff to achieve excellence in selling robotic mowers.
• Participate in product management meetings, provide feedback and identify new business opportunities.
