Movu Robotics in Belgium is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead international robotic automation projects from A to Z, following Movu methodology. You will deliver complex, customized solutions and organize project kick-offs with stakeholders to align objectives, timelines and approaches.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Manager
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French and/or German is a strong plus
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (Prince2, PMBOK) is an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 20% of the time)
• Independent and autonomous, able to take ownership and drive results

Responsabilités

• Manage and organize the execution of (inter)national robotic automation projects from A to Z, following Movu methodology
• Deliver complex, customized solutions as an experienced project manager
• Organize the project kick-off: clearly communicate objectives, structure, timeline, and approach to all stakeholders
• Develop clear and comprehensive project plans: define milestones and monitor task execution through close follow-up
• Plan and allocate resources efficiently to ensure optimal performance
• Control and monitor strict budget compliance and guarantee accurate invoicing
• Ensure high-quality standards for deliverables, including interim validation and final acceptance
• Monitor deadlines and anticipate potential changes to avoid delays
• Stay vigilant to scope, time, or budget changes, identifying contract variations when necessary
• Assess and manage potential risks proactively
• Define and track success criteria for project completion
• Maintain transparent stakeholder management and effectively manage expectations throughout the project
• Organize and lead meetings, ensuring clear and consistent reporting
