Job summary

Group AQ is seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth for its AQ Martest filtration division across Europe. The role is based from Antwerp and Europoort Rotterdam, with a focus on new business development and expanding the customer base in tank terminals, insurance companies, agencies, surveyors, shipowners and the chemical industry.

You will hunt for opportunities, build long-term relationships with international filtration clients, translate needs into solutions, and work with the CCO to shape

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a commercial, maritime or related field, or equivalent through experience.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in tank storage, maritime services, industrial services, surveying, chemicals, or related sectors.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of other European languages is an asset.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; results-oriented and target-driven.
• Experience in cold calling, prospecting and developing new markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy across Europe in cooperation with the CCO.
• Prospect new customers via telephone, email and networking; follow up on inquiries.
• Grow and manage international filtration accounts with proactive, service-oriented advice.
• Translate customer needs into practical solutions and proposals with operational teams and maintain CRM records.
