You hold a Bachelor degree or equivalent, have several years in customer service or logistics, and are fluent in Dutch and English with solid French knowledge. A team-focused, proactive mindset is essential for success in this on-site role with alternating hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience in customer service and/or logistics.
• Fluent Dutch and English; good knowledge of French.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily smooth processing of transport orders.
• Report problems and delays to customers on time.
• Collaborate with customers to solve problems creatively and efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to reduce or recover extra costs.
• Work closely with colleagues and departments to achieve goals.
