ECS European Containers Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Planner to coordinate loading/unloading activities, supervise a team, and ensure safe, efficient operations at Zeebrugge port. You will serve as the main contact for drivers, manage transport documentation, and oversee dock and yard processes to maintain smooth logistics flows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken; conversational French.
• Strong diplomatic and communication skills, particularly over the phone.
• Efficient, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Able to work in a structured and organized manner within a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for drivers.
• Prepare transport documents and enter information into systems.
• Coordinate and monitor warehouse loading/unloading using designated systems.
• Ensure efficient parking and yard management.
• Supervise tug drivers and warehouse operators; support operations on the warehouse floor.
• Oversee dock drivers and ensure proper administrative processing.
