Job summary

The European Space Agency (ESA) Academy, within the ESA Education Office's Human Resources Department, leads training for university students and early-career professionals. Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant domain with eight years of relevant professional experience, or a bachelor’s degree with four years of experience.
• Experience in managing training and educational programmes in an international environment.
• Experience with digital learning solutions, online training delivery and coordination of training activities with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with procurement activities, contract follow-up, and the European higher-education environment would be assets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, coordination, implementation and continuous improvement of ESA Academy Training activities.
• Manage end-to-end preparation, delivery and follow-up of training sessions.
• Oversee development and evolution of the training portfolio.
• Coordinate development and quality assurance of training content.
• Manage trainers, lecturers and subject matter experts.
• Manage digital learning resources and e-learning activities.
• Coordinate services, contracts, trainees and early-career professionals.
• Support training infrastructure and learning platforms.
• Maintain relations with universities, research organisations and industry.
• Contribute to outreach and communication.
• Monitor programme performance and prepare reports.
• Support budget preparation and procurement activities.
