ATG Europe in Belgium is seeking a Didactics and Learning Activities Specialist to support the STEM Learning & Inspiration Programme of ESA at Libin. You will coordinate, produce (or coordinate production of), test, deliver/showcase and evaluate innovative pilot didactics concepts for both formal and non-formal environments; manage international teacher engagement.

The role includes designing surveys, reporting outcomes and supporting ESAESERO project-based learning activities like CanSat, Astro

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, STEM Education or related field.
• Minimum 4 years designing, coordinating and evaluating educational or STEM activities.
• Experience in teacher training and workshop delivery is required.
• Experience with international or multi-stakeholder projects is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design, produce, test, and evaluate didactics resources for formal and non-formal settings.
• Coordinate and deliver teacher training, workshops and elearning initiatives.
• Manage international engagement of teachers and educators across ESA facilities.
• Support project-based learning activities like CanSat, Astro Pi and Moon Camp.
• Develop evaluation surveys and prepare reports with lessons learned and improvements.
