Job summary

European Space Agency is seeking an ESA Academy Training Administrator to lead planning, coordination and delivery of the Academy’s training activities in collaboration with the ESA Education Office. You will manage trainers, develop the training portfolio and ensure quality across onsite, online and hybrid formats.

Qualifications

• A master’s degree in a relevant domain is required for this post together with eight years of relevant professional experience.
• Alternatively, candidates with a bachelor’s degree and an additional four years of relevant professional experience may be considered.
• You should have practical experience in managing training, educational or professional development programmes in an international environment.
• Experience with digital learning solutions and coordination of activities involving multiple stakeholders would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, coordination, implementation and continuous improvement of ESA Academy Training activities.
• Oversee the development and evolution of the training portfolio and content quality.
• Coordinate services, contracts, trainees and early-career professionals.
• Support training infrastructure and learning platforms and monitor programme performance.
