AUTOMATIC SYSTEMS in Belgium is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the Austrian, Swiss and German markets. You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

• Supporting customers from the inside (internal sales)
• 360° order processing in ERP: entry, tracking, logistics, invoicing
• Review, process and approve orders for spare parts and complete systems; collect all required documents
• Keeping documents in the ERP system up to date
• Invoicing and tracking income per finance department rules
• You are the customer's main point of contact for all questions concerning order processing (delivery times, transportation, ...)
• Tracking the processing status until material is available and coordinating dispatch
• Coordination with the plants in Belgium and France
