Jobat is seeking a German-speaking Sales Support Specialist to assist Account Managers and customers throughout their projects.

You will join a dynamic and sustainable work environment with a focus on growth, collaboration, and respect. A structured onboarding program will help you get up to speed and become a valued member from day one.

Responsabilités

• You will work closely with our distributor network & managing projects.
• You will advise customers on the best solutions.
• Throughout each project, you will build and maintain strong commercial relationships with your customers.
• You will manage the entire order process, from design and quotation through to production, delivery, and after-sales follow-up.
• You will communicate daily with customers and suppliers to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
• You will handle customer complaints professionally by investigating issues and implementing appropriate solutions, working closely with the Account Manager when needed.
• You will monitor backorders and process product returns accurately and efficiently.
• You will ensure accurate invoicing, prepare credit notes, and follow up on outstanding payments.
