Perm Center Vlaanderen Oost in Brecht is seeking a Sales Operations Representative / Order Administrator to ensure smooth order processing and strong customer satisfaction. You will review orders, process sales orders in SAP with ESKER, and coordinate shipments with manufacturing plants and warehouses to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities include invoicing after delivery, monitoring balances, and maintaining order backlogs while supporting internal teams.

Qualifications

Experience processing sales orders in ERP systems.
Ability to coordinate shipments and follow up on orders.
Strong communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsabilités

Review incoming customer orders for items, pricing, and export license requirements.
Process sales orders in SAP using ESKER.
Process purchase orders at manufacturing plants, if required.
Follow up on sales orders with manufacturing plants and warehouses to ensure timely delivery.
Communicate with customers to resolve delivery issues and provide required delivery documentation.
Request export documentation from customers as needed.
Invoice customers after delivery and monitor customer balances prior to shipment.
Maintain and closely monitor order backlog.
Record orders and customer information in internal systems and files.
Serve as a backup for other Sales Operations Specialists when needed.
