Job summary

Johnson Controls invites a Field Technical Service professional to deliver technical support for EAS and RFID solutions to global retail customers. You will assist in sizing, installation, maintenance, and operation of technical resources, ensuring timely support and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on problem-solving, strong communication, and a willingness to travel internationally (75%+). English is essential; French or Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Technical education as electronics/IT & communications or related engineering field.
• Experience with EAS and RFID technology is required.
• Strong willingness to travel internationally (75%+).
• Excellent English; French or Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for EAS and RFID solutions at global retail sites.
• Assist field technicians with installation and maintenance of technologies.
• Develop manuals and product guides; support new solutions and testing.
• Coordinate with HQ and factories to resolve product incidents.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction with a structured support process.
