SpaDerma, headquartered in Chicago's Wicker Park, is expanding its support team with an entry-level call center role in the medical aesthetics field. You will learn our services and operations, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

The position is full-time (36+ hours) with at least one weekend day and a closing shift each week. Newly licensed aestheticians or students in esthetics are welcome to apply, with growth opportunities ahead.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, call center, sales, or high-volume scheduling.
• Strong phone presence with excellent communication skills.
• Tech-savvy; proficient in Google Workspace and scheduling platforms.
• Highly organized with strong multitasking and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented and solution-focused.
• High school diploma required; esthetics license or enrollment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a personalized, elevated experience in a fast-paced environment
• Manage inbound calls, texts, and chats with professionalism
• Proactively book appointments to optimize the guest experience and schedule flow
• Confidently educate guests on services, treatments, memberships and offerings
• Seamlessly coordinate schedules across providers(Aestheticians and Injectors) and locations
• Address inquiries with discretion, escalating when needed
• Maintain accurate and detailed client profiles
• Communicate with support staff across all locations to ensure a seamless client experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable office environment
• Support leadership with additional responsibilities as needed
