SpaDerma is expanding its support team at the Chicago headquarters in Wicker Park. This entry-level call center role offers hands-on exposure to medical aesthetics, with duties focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires strong communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. 36+ hours weekly, with at least one weekend day and a closing shift expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, call center, sales, or high-volume scheduling.
• Strong phone presence with excellent communication skills.
• Tech-savvy; proficient in Google Workspace and scheduling platforms.
• Highly organized with strong multitasking and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented and solution-focused.
• Esthetics experience or license a plus, not required.
• High school diploma required; additional education or relevant experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a personalized, elevated experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage inbound calls, texts, and chats with professionalism.
• Proactively book appointments to optimize the guest experience and schedule flow.
• Confidently educate guests on services, treatments, memberships and offerings.
• Seamlessly coordinate schedules across providers(Aestheticians and Injectors) and locations.
• Address inquiries with discretion, escalating when needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client profiles.
• Communicate with support staff across all locations to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable office environment.
• Support leadership with additional responsibilities as needed.
