SpaDerma, based in Chicago, is seeking an entry-level call center associate to join our medical spa team. You will support inbound/outbound communication, educate guests on services, and coordinate scheduling across providers and locations.

The role offers weekend and closing shifts, a pathway for growth in the aesthetics field, and exposure to our high-demand service offerings in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, call center, sales, or high-volume scheduling.
• Strong phone presence with excellent communication skills.
• Tech‑savvy; proficient in Google Workspace and scheduling platforms.
• Highly organized with strong multitasking and attention to detail.
• Efficient in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments.
• Team-oriented and solution-focused.
• Aesthetics experience or license is a plus but not required.
• High school diploma required; additional education or relevant experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a personalized, elevated experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage inbound calls, texts, and chats with professionalism.
• Proactively book appointments to optimize guest experience and schedule flow.
• Confidently educate guests on services, treatments, memberships and offerings.
• Seamlessly coordinate schedules across providers and locations.
• Address inquiries with discretion, escalating when needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client profiles.
• Communicate with support staff across locations to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable office environment.
