SpaDerma, a Chicago-based medical spa, seeks an entry-level Call Center Associate to join our support team at the headquarters in Chicago. You will handle inbound calls, texts and chats, book appointments, and educate guests on services in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service or scheduling, strong communication skills, and a tech-savvy approach. Weekend availability is included.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, call center, sales, or high-volume scheduling.
• Strong phone presence with excellent communication skills.
• Tech-savvy; proficient in Google Workspace and scheduling platforms.
• Aesthetics experience or license a plus, not required.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a personalized, elevated experience in a fast-paced environment
• Manage inbound calls, texts, and chats with professionalism
• Proactively book appointments to optimize the guest experience and schedule flow
• Confidently educate guests on services, treatments, memberships and offerings
• Seamlessly coordinate schedules across providers(Aestheticians and Injectors) and locations
• Address inquiries with discretion, escalating when needed
• Maintain accurate and detailed client profiles
• Communicate with support staff across all locations to ensure a seamless client experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable office environment
• Support leadership with additional responsibilities as needed
