SpaDerma, based in Chicago, invites entry-level candidates to join our expanding support team at our Headquarters in Wicker Park. This fast-paced role offers hands-on experience in the medical spa field and requires excellent customer service and attention to detail.

The position is full-time (36+ hours/week) with one weekend day and a closing shift required. We welcome newly licensed estheticians or students in esthetics programs seeking growth within our organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, call center, sales, or high-volume scheduling.
• Strong phone presence with excellent communication skills.
• Tech-savvy; proficient in Google Workspace and scheduling platforms.
• Highly organized with strong multitasking and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented and solution-focused.
• Esthetics license or enrollment in Esthetic school is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a personalized, elevated experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage inbound calls, texts, and chats with professionalism.
• Proactively book appointments to optimize guest experience and schedule flow.
• Educate guests on services, treatments, memberships and offerings.
• Coordinate schedules across providers and locations.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client profiles.
• Communicate with support staff across locations to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable office environment.
• Support leadership with additional responsibilities as needed.
