SpaDerma, Chicago’s leading medical spa, is expanding its support team at our headquarters in Wicker Park. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to join a growing company and gain hands-on experience in the medical aesthetics field.

The role is a full-time call center position offering exposure to services and operations, with a customer-focused environment where attention to detail and guest service are key. Weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, call center, sales, or high-volume scheduling.
• Strong phone presence with excellent communication skills.
• Tech-savvy; proficient in Google Workspace and scheduling platforms.
• Highly organized with strong multitasking and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented and solution-focused.
• High school diploma required; esthetics license or related education preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a personalized, elevated experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage inbound calls, texts, and chats with professionalism.
• Proactively book appointments to optimize the guest experience and schedule flow.
• Confidently educate guests on services, treatments, memberships and offerings.
• Seamlessly coordinate schedules across providers and locations.
• Address inquiries with discretion, escalating when needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client profiles.
• Communicate with support staff across all locations to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable office environment.
• Support leadership with additional responsibilities as needed.
