SpaDerma is expanding its support team at our Headquarters in Chicago. This is an entry-level opportunity to gain exposure to the medical aesthetics field, learn our services, and build a foundation for growth within our organization.

The role is full-time (36+ hours weekly) with at least one weekend day and a closing shift each week. You will manage inbound calls, texts, and chats, book appointments, educate guests on treatments, memberships, and offerings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, call center, sales, or high-volume scheduling.
• Strong phone presence with excellent communication skills.
• Tech-savvy; proficient in Google Workspace and scheduling platforms.
• Highly organized with strong multitasking and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented and solution-focused.
• Aesthetics experience or license a plus, not required.
• High school diploma required; additional education or relevant experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a personalized, elevated experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage inbound calls, texts, and chats with professionalism.
• Proactively book appointments to optimize the guest experience and schedule flow.
• Confidently educate guests on services, treatments, memberships and offerings.
• Seamlessly coordinate schedules across providers and locations.
• Address inquiries with discretion, escalating when needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client profiles.
• Communicate with support staff across all locations to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable office environment.
• Support leadership with additional responsibilities as needed.
