Qualifications

• Experience in pre-sales engineering handling end-to-end deals.
• Ability to understand customer needs and build solutions.
• Strong communication with external and internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SD-WAN, ZTNA, IAM, Firewall, Switching, Wireless, SecOps, Cloud Security.
• As CISSP certification is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical aspects of sales cycles for Enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with sales to address RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs, and participate in POCs.
• Listen to customer requirements and design solutions outperforming competitors.
• Serve as primary technical contact alongside the sales partner.
• Maintain up-to-date Fortinet product knowledge and competitive landscape.
• Present technical concepts via whitepapers, plans, and discussions.
• Maintain accurate customer and account data in Salesforce.
