Job summary

Fortinet, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Systems Engineer to support the sales team across defined Enterprise Accounts.

You will lead technical aspects of the sales cycle, craft compliant solutions in response to customer requirements, and participate in POCs with cross-functional teams to ensure successful engagements. You will serve as the primary technical contact for customers and partners, maintain deep Fortinet product knowledge, and present solutions clearly via whitepapers, plans, and

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead technical discussions in pre-sales and post-sales stages.
• Strong understanding of security technologies (encryption, authentication, network security).
• Experience reading customer requirements and translating them into effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead all technical aspects of the sales cycle for Enterprise customers, including RFIs/RFPs/RFQs and POCs.
• Act as primary technical contact for customers and partners in collaboration with the sales team.
• Maintain up-to-date Fortinet product knowledge and competitive landscape awareness.
• Position Fortinet solutions effectively, remotely or in person, using clear technical communication.
• Manage multiple deals while ensuring a positive customer experience and accurate CRM data.
