Job summary

Tekst is seeking a Solution Engineer to act as the technical backbone of the commercial engine. You will partner with Account Executives to demonstrate Tekst's platform superiority and translate business pain into technical solutions.

You will lead architecture/discovery sessions, build PoCs and demos, and provide strategic feedback to shape the platform while addressing security and data handling concerns in the Agentic AI approach.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years in solutions engineering, sales engineering or technical consulting for enterprise SaaS.
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks and enterprise software architectures.
• Proficient in scripting (Python or TypeScript) to build integrations.
• Closing mindset with ability to talk to a CTO and a Head of Operations.
• Excellent presentation skills to explain AI concepts clearly and safely.

Responsibilities

• Technical deal ownership with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle.
• Lead architecture & discovery sessions with customer IT architects.
• Build PoCs and demos, scripting and using APIs to show automation impact.
• Capture technical requirements and feed back to Engineering/Product teams.
• Explain architecture, data handling, and safety of our Agentic AI to customers.
